Congrats, Sis!

I just want to give a shout-out to my sister and brother-in-law, Amanda & Brandon (even though I'm pretty sure neither of them know I even have a blog). They have purchased a house in a nice neighborhood of Bloomington (only a few miles from us! Woo!). It's a 1960 two-story that they got for a steal - thanks, Buyers' Market. It is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of space to fill with family and friends, lots of room to entertain, and a beautifully landscaped yard. They are now in the process of cleaning, stripping some wallpaper, painting, and overall freshening-up before they do the big move this weekend.

We are so proud of you both - and most of all for your eagerness to see the beautiful potential of an older home. A few little updates aren't so bad, right? Great house and great job - congratulations, guys! Can't wait to come over and hang out in your screened porch!
